Through all her undergraduate studies and most of her doctorate, she frequently drove to southeast Michigan on weekends and any breaks she had to work as a waitress at her family friends’ restaurant, or at the vet clinic that started her career in the field of vet med. Dr. Jessie has a special interest in exotics, poultry, dermatology, and surgery. As part of her degree, a 15-week internship at Unionville Equine Associates in Oxford, PA, was successfully completed.
